Changes effective July 1, 2026

Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to review your benefits and make changes for the year ahead. You must actively enroll before the May 29, 2026 deadline to have coverage for July 1 , 2026 – June 30, 2027, unless you have a qualifying life event. 

What’s New

Medical: The PPO HDHP Plan with HSA will have an increase to deductibles for individual and family coverage.

Medical and Dental: Employee contributions will increase to reflect rising healthcare costs nationwide.

Savings and Reimbursement Accounts: The provider for HSA, HRA, and FSAs is moving from Voya Financial to Health Equity – offering a streamlined user-experience and enhanced digital tools.

• Attend on-site health fairs to learn more, ask questions, take home a swag bag, and connect with a benefit provider in person:
  
  • Livermore, CA – Wednesday, May 13^th 10am – 12pm
  • San Jose, CA – Thursday, May 14^th 10:30am – 12pm
  • Bedford, NH – Wednesday, May 20^th 10am – 12pm 
• Decide whether you need to enroll in an HSA or FSA to save for qualified health care expenses.
• Review and update your beneficiary designations.
