Time to Rest, Recharge, and Make the Most of Your Benefits
Taking time away from work is an important part of maintaining your health, balance, and overall wellbeing. Our Paid Time Off (PTO) program offers you the flexibility to rest and recharge throughout the year, while the PTO Exchange program allows you to use unused time in ways that support your financial goals and personal priorities.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Our PTO program provides paid time off that accrues based on your years of service and hours worked, giving you time to relax, recharge, and take care of life outside of work.
Full-time employees earn:
- 0 to < 2 years: 3 weeks per year
- 2 to < 5 years: 4 weeks per year
- 5 to < 9 years: An additional 1 day per year
- 9+ years: 5 weeks per year
In addition to PTO, employees receive 14 paid holidays each year, including two floating holidays that you can use at a time that works best for you.
PTO Exchange Program
If you have unused vacation time, the PTO Exchange program provides flexibility to convert it into benefits that matter most to you.
Depending on your goals, you can exchange PTO for:
- Retirement plan contributions
- Student loan payments
- Tuition reimbursement
- Charitable donations
- Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions
- Leave sharing donations
- Travel purchases
- Cash payouts
It’s a flexible way to make the most of your time off — even if you don’t end up using all of it.
Other Leave Programs
In addition to PTO, we offer several leave programs designed to support employees during important life events and responsibilities. These programs provide flexibility and support when you need time away from work for personal, civic, or family obligations.
Bereavement Leave
Full-time employees may take up to five days of paid bereavement leave following the death of an immediate family member, such as a spouse, child, parent, grandparent, or in-law. Up to three days of leave are available for certain extended family members. With manager approval, employees may use available PTO or request unpaid leave if additional time is needed.
Religious Observances and Accommodation
We respect and support the diverse religious beliefs and practices of our employees. Reasonable accommodations may be made for religious observances when they do not create undue hardship for the organization. Employees may request schedule adjustments or use accrued PTO to observe religious holidays, and unpaid time off may be considered if PTO has been exhausted.
Jury or Witness Duty
Employees are encouraged to fulfill their civic responsibilities. Time off is provided for jury duty or when subpoenaed as a witness. Eligible employees may receive pay for up to two weeks, covering the difference between their regular pay and any compensation received from the court. Additional time off may be taken unpaid or with available PTO if needed.
Military Leave
We proudly support employees who serve in the military. Military leave is provided in accordance with the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) and applicable state laws. Employees who need leave for military service should contact Human Resources for guidance on their rights, benefits, and return-to-work protections.
Volunteer Program
The Volunteer Program allows employees to take up to four (4) hours of paid time each year, to participate in their specific volunteer program.
