Eligibility for Benefits

Unless otherwise noted, benefits are available to regular full-time employees scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week, as well as their eligible dependents.

Enrollment Timeline

You must make your benefit elections within 30 days of your hire date. This is your opportunity to choose the coverage that best supports your health, financial security, and overall wellbeing.

When Coverage Ends

Your benefits will end on your last day of employment, unless otherwise noted.

Continuing Coverage with COBRA

You may have the option to continue your health coverage through COBRA. This allows you to maintain your current coverage until you become eligible for alternative coverage, or for up to 18 months

To elect COBRA, you must make your election within 60 days of your employment end date.
