Tuition Reimbursement
Ferrotec offers up to $5,250 per year in tuition reimbursement to full-time employees who have been with the company for a minimum of 6 months and remain in good standing. Eligible reimbursement expenses include tuition, registration fees, books, supplies, and other course materials. Coursework must be applicable as part of your Employee Development Plan and approval is at the discretion of Ferrotec.
To receive reimbursement, submit proof of tuition payment, grade verification, and applicable receipts to your manager and Human Resources.
- Grades A and B: 100% reimbursement, or
- Grade C: 75% reimbursement,
Up to the $5,250 maximum per year.
