Your Voice Matters – Help Shape the Employee Experience

Volunteers are needed for confidential virtual focus groups.

We’re looking for employees and leaders to participate in confidential, third party-led focus groups designed to better understand the employee experience.

Your feedback will help identify opportunities to strengthen communication, improve employee experiences, and inform future decisions.

Participation is voluntary, and information collected through this form will only be used to support scheduling and ensure a diverse and representative mix of participants across locations, roles, and experiences. Participation during working hours has been approved. Space may be limited to maintain balanced representation across employee groups.

To support confidentiality and encourage candid participation, all focus group activities — including volunteer selection, facilitation, and reporting — will be conducted by an independent third party.

Your participation and feedback will remain confidential. Individual names, identifying details, and attributable comments will not be shared with Ferrotec. Findings will be reported only as summarized themes and insights.

Demographic information collected through this form will be used exclusively for scheduling and to support balanced participant representation across employee populations.
