What You Need to Do
- Update your benefits in the UKG Portal within 30 days of your marital status change to add or remove your spouse from coverage.
- Provide documentation of your status change, such as a marriage license or divorce decree, through the UKG.
- Review your premiums in the Eligibility & Enrollment page to understand how your paycheck deductions may change.
- Update your beneficiaries for your 401(k) and Life and AD&D insurance plans to reflect your current wishes.
- Adjust your contributions to your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA), if applicable.
- Review supplemental coverage and consider enrolling your spouse in (or removing them from) Life and AD&D insurance.
