Anthem plan members have access to convenient virtual care through LiveHealth Online. If you’re not feeling well, you can connect with a doctor or mental health professional using your smartphone, tablet, or computer — from home or anywhere.

You can have a video visit with a board-certified doctor, psychiatrist, or licensed therapist to get the care you need quickly and easily.

With LiveHealth Online you can:

• See a board-certified doctor 24/7
  No appointment is needed. Doctors are available anytime to assess your condition and, if appropriate, send a prescription to the pharmacy of your choice. Virtual visits can help with common health concerns such as colds, flu, fever, allergies, sinus infections, pink eye, and more.

• Connect with a licensed therapist in four days or less
  Schedule a video visit to get support for anxiety, depression, grief, panic attacks, and other mental health concerns. Appointments can be scheduled via the mobile app or by calling 1-888-548-3432 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., seven days a week.

• Consult a board-certified psychiatrist within two weeks
  Members age 18 and older can schedule a psychiatry visit for medication support related to mental health conditions. To schedule, call 1-888-548-3432 between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m., seven days a week.

• Affordable and convenient care
  Your Anthem plan includes benefits for LiveHealth Online visits. You’ll simply pay your share of the cost — usually $59 or less for a medical doctor visit. A 45-minute therapy or psychiatry session typically costs the same as an in-office mental health visit, based on your plan. For details, view your medical plan SPD.
