What’s Happening in May
Mark your calendar — Benefits Open Enrollment runs May 11 through May 29. This is your once-a-year opportunity to make sure you have the coverage you need for the year ahead unless you have a qualified life event. This year is an active enrollment, which means you’ll need to enroll in or waive your benefits before the deadline. Changes are effective July 1, 2026.
To get started

- Attend on-site health fairs to learn more, ask questions, take home a swag bag, and connect with a benefit provider in person:
- Livermore, CA – Wednesday, May 13th 10am – 12pm
- San Jose, CA – Thursday, May 14th 10:30am – 12pm
- Bedford, NH – Wednesday, May 20th 10am – 12pm
- Decide whether you need to enroll in an HSA or FSA to save for qualified health care expenses.
- Review and update your beneficiary designations.
- Enroll on the enrollment portal before the May 29th
